Process for Fall Game Changes ($10):

If you have a game change, first step is to CONFIRM with the home team’s FIELD COORDINATOR that the time you are requesting a change to works on home teams fields and is permitted by the club.  Also confirm with your opponent all rescheduling details.

This form is not to postpone a game or field change only. If you need to postpone the game send an email to the office copying your opponent with the game number asking for your game to be postpone. If it’s a field change only send an email to the office copying your opponent with game number, date, old field and new field. Thank you

Once at this link, follow these steps:

1 – Log into Got Sport - https://system.gotsport.com/

2 – Click on “register” – you are “registering” your request for a game change (Some portals say continue, accept, select or register)

3 – Click Save

4 – Fill in ALL the required fields – you’ll want to have the game # handy, plus email of your opponent, names of home and away teams, original game information (date/time/field) and the NEW info that you are requesting.  All info must be entered into the form. 

5 – “Save” at the bottom of the page

6 – Select Payment (will not ask you to pay online)

7 – Click Checkout

8 – Click the box “Yes, I agree” than click Register

9 – If you receive a confirmation email from me, you will know that you followed the steps correctly and that I have your game change request in hand.  

10 – All games changes must be submitted 5 days prior to the original game date
